Easy Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please send it back to us within 10 calendar days of delivery date for a refund and/or store credit and within 30 days of delivery date for a store credit.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. * Returns can take up to 10 days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.

There is a $5.99 restocking fee for returns totaling $100 and over.

Sale or Clearance Items are only eligible for store credits.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING

Items sent back after 30 days of purchase.

Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces.

Items that do not contain the packing slip and or order confirmation information.

Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

Exchanges

Exchanges are granted at the discretion of #GYMKITTY. In the event your item does not qualify for an exchange a store E-Credit will be provided.

Items must be an even exchange for equal or lesser value (+ store credit for the difference).

SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.

  • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.

  • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.

Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $5.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned.

If an item is returned after 30 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

#GYMKITTY reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.gymkitty.net at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

SUPPLEMENTS

FULFILLMENT AND TRANSIT TIMES

Each supplement order will take 2 days to fulfill in addition to the estimated transit times for the order to be delivered by the carrier.

USPS Domestic (US) 5-9 business days

UPS Domestic (US) 5-7 business days

GlobalPost (International) 12-16 business days

DHL Express (International) 5-6 business days

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday, with the exception of: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Once your order is received you will receive an automated email listing the order and tracking information. The tracking status will update automatically through the carrier’s website.

When shipping internationally, customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often.

CREDITS AND RETURNS

Credits and returns are issued on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer credits or returns on supplements that are sent back after 30 days of purchase.

Opened, partially opened or tampered products.

Items that do not contain the packing slip and or order confirmation information.

Items not its original packaging, with original tags and/or labels.
