Where’s my Pre-order?

A pre-order item allows the client to purchase an item in advance. When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.

  • The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.

  • If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date. If the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.

  • We do not ship in-stock item(s) separately (unless the ship date is over 3 weeks or you have the option to pay additional shipping costs.)

  • If at any time you need further details, please contact us at via email at gymkittyofficial@gymkitty.net and we will be happy to help you!

  • Our Pre-order Items are best selling Kosmios pieces that have previously been Instock and sold out multiple times.

I Need to Change My Order

Unfortunately, in order to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed. We strongly suggest you review your item(s) and size(s). Additionally make sure your address and contact information is accurate. Lost or stolen packages due to incorrect information provided is the responsibility of the buyer (you) and will not be refunded or exchanged.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary if your order contains a pre-order item (See section above). Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Additional Taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

#GYMKITTY cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
